The charging angle is very interesting. People will have to do something for the 30-60 minutes the car is charging. So they’ll buy food and other merchandise with relatively high margins.

It does not take 90 mins but closer to 20-35 mins depending on your car etc. I can fill mine in less than 30 and most times its 20 mins or less.
