I voted for all directors out of respect for Warren Buffett but I must say that when the time comes, I will have a big problem with a lead independent director wielding real power who owns the smallest stake on the board. Thanks for linking to my article.
I agree that a lot of the benefit of the doubt will disappear when Buffett is gone. Which is why, even if just for PR reasons, I think several of these directors should be buying now.
